Ken Fletcher

Ken Fletcher was born in Stuttgart, Germany; today he lives in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Ken has been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years, serving as an Agent/Broker, Sales Manager, and Regional Vice President. Prior to working with Brightstar, Ken spent 20+ years serving as a Senior Pastor in Southern California. He attended Oklahoma Baptist University for his undergraduate and masters degrees. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys hiking and fishing around the world.

Catarina Haydt

Born and raised in Sweden, Catarina Haydt is now a Regional Vice President for Brightstar Insurance. She has lived in Thousand Oaks, California for more than 26 years with her family. After a sales career, Catarina began her career in health and Medicare insurance. With a focus on her clients’ personal histories, she feels privileged to hear their life stories of grit and determination. She attended California State University, Northridge. She is an avid skier.

Don Heath

Don Heath began his health insurance career in 1995 with a large national captive agency. He managed a regional office, recruiting and training hundreds of agents over the course of 15 years. In 2009, Don became an independent broker and agent, providing personalized services to his clients. Don now serves as a Regional Vice President for Brightstar, with Ventura, California as his home base. Don attended UC Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He is an avid golfer and traveler.

Mark Manganello

Mark Manganello is from New Orleans, La. He's been in the Life & Health insurance industry for almost 24 years. He started as an agent at age 21, became a sales manager/trainer for several years, and also served as a  Regional Sales Director. Mark now has his own Independent Insurance Agency and looking to grow!

Dylan Murray

Dylan Murray has an undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from San Diego State University. He has lived in Boston, Madrid, Marseille, and San Diego. He is an active member of the San Diego Equality Business Association. He enjoys swimming, running, and writing.

Fernando Robles

Fernando Robles has been a licensed agent for the past 10 years.  He enjoys working with his agents and provides them with guidance on innovative marketing techniques.  He is based in the southern part of San Diego county.  As a bi-lingual agent, he involved with numerous local opportunities and local communities.  He uses these connections to help his agents grow and provide opportunities to get in front of new clients.

Martin Ryan is a graduate of Santa Clara University where he earned a B.A. in English and in Thunderbird School of Global Management where he achieved a master's of International Management. Prior to his career in insurance which started in 1997, he worked for 10 years in the International Freight Forward Industry for Panalpina World Transport in New York and later in Portland. He speaks both Italian and Spanish. He has worked closely with Brightstar founders Steve Pato and Keith West for over 20 years and approaches his work with dedication and brings integrity to his dealings with both clients and his fellow agents.

Sebastian Saetre

Sebastian Saetre started selling health insurance in 2012. After two years as an agent at a large national captive agency, he joined Brightstar. Today, as a Regional Vice President, Sebastian provides direct service to his client base, while developing a team of independent brokers. Sebastian is originally from Norway, where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Communication from BI Norwegian Business School.

Bridget Singleton-Scott

Bridget Singleton-Scott is a Brightstar Regional Vice President located in Augusta, GA.  She works with agents in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. As loving and dedicated parents, we chose to travel and expand our business as we support our son and daughter-in-love, whose careers are based at Ft. Eisenhower. Blessed with exceptional grandchildren, as grandparents, we're dedicated to support them- our pre-teen granddaughter and twin boy and girl toddlers anywhere they are stationed in the US and abroad.

Edgar Villafuerte

Edgar has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He have been repeatedly invited to conduct many different meetings at Hospitals such as Huntington Memorial, Little Company of Mary, Torrance Memorial, Pomona Valley Medical, and others. Edgar is very involved with the community by working with many different facilities such as senior centers, community centers, churches and other organizations. He sponsor fun events such as painting classes, birthday celebrations, Bingo, and more.
